"These ingredients make a great salsa, but the measurements are way off! I started with only one jalapeno and it was to hot. Also the pepper measurement is way to much. It asks for 2 tablespoon, and I put half a tablespoon, and it was to peppery. I ended up having to add alot more tomatoes and about 1 tsp more salt, to get the spice down. It tastes now almost like the salsa I had at an Arabic restaurant. So I would start off with less of things, to be able to add more if later to your taste."
