Ingredients
Spring greens mixture
8 ounces crab meat, flaked
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, sliced thin
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon capers
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup canola oil

Divide fresh greens between plates.
In a medium bowl, combine crab, celery, green onion, red onion, parsley, capers, salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Whisk together, drizzle over salads and serve immediately.
