Ingredients
3 quarts peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 cups chopped bell pepper
2 cups chopped onion
5 chopped jalapeno pepper
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
Directions
In large pot combine all ingredients cook for 50-60 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal Immediately.
