Ingredients
  • 8 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and/or paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Spread in a single layer on shallow greased pan. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

"Yum! I used onion powder rather than garlic powder since I was out of garlic powder. I think you could cut the oil in half and they would still be just as good. Great with top the tator and ketchup."
