Best Ever Seasoned Ribs Recipe

Moist-meaty ribs seasoned just right! Prepare these tender ribs at your next backyard barbecue or fix them for dad on Father's day. Whenever you decide to prepare them they are sure to be a hit.

Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 package ribs (full rack)
Container:Roasting pan with roasting rack
Directions

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together. Rub on both sides of ribs. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Place ribs on a rack in the bottom of the roasting pan; add about 1/4 inch of water to the pan.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven at 300° F. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
  • Remove from the oven and finish on the grill. Grill on medium for a few minutes on each side to lightly char the surface.

"I made this rib recipe last weekend for Father's Day for my husband and my dad. They turned out great and they both loved them. I made a homemade barbecue sauce but didn't put it on the ribs, they just dunked the ribs in it. These were pretty easy to make so I think I will be making ribs a little more often now."
