  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 bananas, mashed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.

Bake until knife comes out clean in center of muffin, 16-20 minutes.
