Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 can tomato juice - large can
2 cans chili beans - medium (or hot if preferred)
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
2 tablespoons salsa
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Brown ground beef in a large deep sided pot. Before it is completely browned, add the onions and green peppers and cook until the ground beef is completely done; drain grease.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and bring chili to a boil.
Turn the heat down so the chili is just simmering and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes. It can cook on a low simmer for longer if desired.
Serve with crackers or your favorite bread.

"I mostly made this for my husband because he likes chunks of tomatoes, onions and peppers in his chili but I don't. He loved the chunks of vegetables but said it could have been spicier. Next time I think I will add a few jalapeno peppers to it."
