Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
3/4 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Rotel Stewed Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Doritos or tortilla chips

Directions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet or in the microwave; drain off grease and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl add the Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese soup, and stewed tomatoes and green chilies.
Microwave these ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove and stir. Continue to cook in the microwave at 3 to 5 minute intervals, stirring after each until the cheese has all melted and the ingredients are stirred together evenly.
Add the browned ground beef and stir to mix.
Pour into a slow cooker to keep the dip warm.
Serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
