Ingredients
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter , melted
  • 1 pound medium or wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Toss the bread crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl; set aside.
  • Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.
  • Boil the noodles until just al dente; rinse and drain well.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients together with the cooked noodles and pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with the bread crumb mixture and place in a 350 degree F. preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and crisp.
  • Serve while hot.
