Easy Baked Salmon 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise, onions and Parmesan cheese. Cut salmon fillet in half and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with oil. Cover each fillet with mayo mixture and bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
