Ingredients
1 or more lb petite red skin potatoes, washed and quartered
3 tablespoons butter, melted inch baking dish
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Parsley to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Toss potatoes in mixture until coated then bake approximately 30 to 35 minutes depending on oven. Uncover and toss halfway through the cooking process.
