Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles with the cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, raisins and vanilla.
Place butter in a large glass baking dish (15x10x2-inch) and heat in the oven until the butter melts.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour in the noodle mixture. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and bake, about 1 hour, until firm and the top is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
