Scalloped Potatoes 80 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix seasonings and flour together. In a 9x13 baking dish place a layer of potatoes and sprinkle some of the flour mixture over them. Add some butter. Now add another layer of potatoes, then sprinkle more flour mixture and butter. Repeat adding the layers until all ingredients have been used. Then add enough milk to reach the top layer of potatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender. Yield about 6 servings.
