Pineapple Casserole 68 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans pineapple, drained (crushed or chunk) (16 ounce cans)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 or 3 cup sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions
Mix well flour and sugar. Put pineapple in dish. Sprinkle sugar and flour mixture over pineapple. Top with cheese and then crackers. Pour 1 stick melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° until bubbles (about 20 minutes).
