Ingredients
1 1/2 bags crushed OTC crackers
Milk
Butter
3 Containers Oysters and Juice
Directions
Grease a two or three quart casserole dish. Layer the crushed OTC crackers with butter and oysters. Do this two or three times. Pour the oyster juice over the crackers between layers. Add enough milk to cover all of the filling. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Add more milk as needed before baking and top with pads of butter. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
