Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Drop yolks in bowl. Arrange white halves on platter. Smash yolks with fork until fine. Mix in mayo, mustard, and dill until smooth. Add pepper to taste. Fold in cheese. Add more mayo if the mixture is dry. Fill Ziploc bag with mixture. Cut off a small piece of one of the corners. Squeeze the mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle paprika or dill on tops.
Variations for deviled eggs:
Caesar- replace mayo with Caesar dressing
Bacon Horseradish- cut mayo in half and add creamy horseradish. Top with crumbled bacon. Use chives instead of dill.
Instead of mayo you can use ranch or blue cheese dressing.
You can add dry, whole grain mustard instead of creamy mustard.
