CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 sweet potatoes or yams (medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
Directions
Bake or microwave potatoes until tender. Cool and peel. Slice and place in greased baking dish. Mix other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
