Potatoes for a Crowd Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen hash browns (I use Potatoes Obrien) (large bag)
  • 1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Velveeta cubed (large)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Crushed cornflakes
Directions
Mix ingredients and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Top with crushed cornflakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
