Ingredients
6 slices regular sliced bread
soft butter
1 pound sausage, hot or mild
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups half and half
6 eggs
Directions
Grease a 9 x 11 oblong pan. Spread each piece of bread with soft butter. Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Sprinkle over bread and then sprinkle on cheese. Beat the eggs with a fork and blend in half and half. Pour over the mixture evenly. Put in refrigerator and let set overnight. Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
