Cheesy Bacon Potatoes Recipe

A side dish or a tasty appetizer for the big game. Just like potato skins but easier. The sliced potatoes make it a whole lot better, especially since everyone loves them so you'll have to make a whole bunch!

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits

Spread potatoes in 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle with salt, onion powder, and garlic pepper to taste. Brush butter evenly over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 20-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle cheese and bacon; return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
