  • Red Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper
Directions
Chop red potatoes into quarters. Toss lightly with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on cookie sheet (line with foil for easy clean up). Cook 425 for 25-30 minutes.
