Carrot Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots, diced
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook carrots in water for about 10 minutes; drain.

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Bake in greased dish for 1 hour.
