  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped

Put the cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. In a mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients with blended cottage cheese; mix well.

Serve with assorted vegetables or crackers.
