Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/4 cups French fried onions, divided
1 package frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower (16 ounce bag)
Directions
Thaw and drain frozen vegetables. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup French fried onions. Place in a large casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with reserved French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes uncovered. Makes 6-8 servings.
