2. In a large bowl, mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour into buttered 1 qt. casserole dish.
4. Mix topping ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle evenly over potato mixture.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Tip: You may substitute 6 medium fresh sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled.
