Ingredients
1 head cabbage (medium head)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons flour
Dash of pepper
1 cup milk
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cut cabbage into small pieces. Discard cabbage core, Cook cabbage in water until tender. Combine all ingredients together, except cracker crumbs. Add half of the crumbs. Place all ingredients in a greased oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 min.
