EASY POULTRY DRESSING Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 3 quarts small dry bread cubes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup hot water (to moisten)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Accent
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
Directions
Heat butter over low heat, add celery and onions. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add seasonings. Combine with bread cubes, lightly , but well. Moisten with bouillon water. (You may have to use more water.) Bake at 350° for l hour.
