Arroz con Guandu Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice (can use brown if desired)
  • 1 can guandu (grandules) drained
  • 1/2 can light coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Sauté guandu in oil and garlic for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice. Add coconut milk. Stir and add salt to taste.
