  • 1 envelope Onion mix
  • Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place ingredients in a 13X9" pan. Mix well. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until tender.
