Italian Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 ounces pkgs. chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup Cheez Whiz
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut up (small can)
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Sauté onion in margarine. Add cooked rice and chopped cooked broccoli that has been drained. Mix Cheez Whiz with mushroom soup. Put in casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until bubbles appear. Serves 8.
