Corn Bread Casserole (Corn Pudding) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box cornbread mix (Jiffy brand) (small box)
  • 8 ounces sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions
Melt butter in ovenproof dish (1 1/2 qt.)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake at 350° for one hour.
