Low Fat Quick & Easy Corn Casserole (Diabetic) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup fat free Egg Beaters
  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients and bake at 400° for 30 minutes

Yield: 6 servings. Calories: 130 Fat 3 1/2 grams
