Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 package corn muffin mix
Directions
Mix together with a wire whip the melted butter, beaten eggs, and sour cream. Add cans of corn. Do not drain whole kernel corn. Mix in corn muffin mix.
Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish or 2 qt. casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
