Ingredients
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 1 pkg saltine crackers, crumbled
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together; pour into a casserole dish. Combine melted butter and crackers crumbs; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8.
