Ingredients
1 cup minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Swanson chicken chunks (small can)
1 cup minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Swanson chicken chunks (small can)
1 tablespoon butter
2 soup cans water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer ingredients in the order given, (reading the first column top to bottom, then the 2nd column) in a greased 2 Q baking dish as above. Bake 45 minutes.
