Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, washed and quartered (about six cups)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix dressing, cheese, and bacon bits. Add potatoes and toss lightly. Spoon into lightly-greased 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
