Baked Sweet Potatoes 3 Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. Place potatoes (drained) in bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir cinnamon, nutmeg and orange juice into potatoes. Heat milk in small saucepan to boiling. Add vanilla, sugar and butter. Stir into potato mixture until smooth. Coat 12x8x2 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 of potatoes on bottom. Layer 2 cups of marshmallows over potatoes. Cover with remaining potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes. Layer with remaining marshmallows on top. Bake 28 minutes or until brown. 8 servings
