Ingredients
8 potatoes
8 ounces Sour Cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup parsley
paprika
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash and add sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and parsley. Mix until smooth. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
