CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained (32 ounce can)
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned
  • 1/2 cup minute rice
  • 1 can tomato soup or sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • pepper to taste
Directions
In 3 qt. casserole, layer 1/2 sauerkraut, ground beef, rice, remaining sauerkraut, soup, water, and seasoning.

Cover and bake at 350° 1 1/4 hours.
