Sweet, Sweet, Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 sweet potatoes (large)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cook potatoes. Peel. In large bowl, mash potatoes together with remaining ingredients, reserving the pecans. Place in 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
