Edamame Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked (using 2-1/2 cup water)
  • 1/2 bottle Nametake mushrooms
  • 1/4 bottle each of two types of Furikake (Ochazuke & Ajinori)
  • 1 cup shelled cooked soy beans
Directions
While rice is hot, mix in Furikake; then add Nametake and soy beans. Add more or less of all ingredients, to your liking.
