ITALIAN GLAZED CARROTS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing mix
  • 3 cups cooked, drained, sliced carrots
Directions
Sauté onions and celery lightly in margarine until tender and transparent. Add dry dressing mix and stir until dissolved. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over cooked carrots. Stir until carrots are coated. Chill. Serve cold. Yield: 6-8 servings.
