Ingredients
3 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove foil 15 minutes before it is done cooking so that the potatoes absorb some of the liquid.
