CUSTARD CORN Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Melt Butter and mix in Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, Eggs Milk and Butter. Fold in Corn and put in a baking dish.

Mix Sugar and Cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 Degrees 45 min. to an hour or until knife comes out clean.
