MARINATED VEGETABLES 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 cups frozen green Peas
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 - 4 ounce Jar Pimentos, Chopped, Drained
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup red onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
Directions
Bring to boil first 5 ingredients in a Sauce pan, Sit aside to cool

Drain and mix all Vegetables, Pour Sauce over all.

Refrigerate overnight, Keeps good.
