Ingredients
Cabbage
salted water
butter
flour
pepper
milk
grated cheese
Directions
Cut cabbage into small chunks and cook in salted water, do not cook until quite done. Then pour water off and put cabbage into a baking dish. Dot the top with small pieces of butter, sprinkle a little flour over this and add a little pepper. Then heat some milk and pour over cabbage. Do not put enough milk to cover cabbage. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake until cabbage is done and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
