Ingredients
20 ounces drained hominy
1 can mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup crushed Frito corn chips
2 tablespoons oleo
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine hominy and oleo in saucepan and place over low heat and stir until oleo is melted. Add soup, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat through and mix in 1/2 C chips. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix rest of chips and cheese together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
