Vegetable Casserole 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can asparagus, drained (large can)
  • 1 can peas, drained (No. 2 can)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (No. 2 can)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chopped onion (medium)
  • 1 chopped green pepper (medium)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, grated
  • dash of salt and pepper
Directions
Grease baking dish with butter. Put 1/2 of bread crumbs in bottom. Mix all ingredients except rest of bread crumbs and cheese. Put in baking dish and top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
