Marinated Vegetables 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can shoe peg corn- drained
  • 1 can LeSeur English Peas- drained
  • 1 can French Style Green Beans
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can chopped pimentos (small can)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar or 2 T. liquid sweetener substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (canola or olive oil)
Directions
Prepare vegetables in large bowl. Mix together the vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Let sit overnight before eating. Will keep in refrigerator for 7 -10 days.
