Mashed Potato Casserole 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 servings Mashed potatoes (instant)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Fried onion Rings
  • Salt & Pepper
Directions
Make instant mashed potatoes according to box directions. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Place onion rings on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
